- 0.5 tsp of sea salt
- A crunch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil

- Step 1:
Preheat your oven (fan oven) on the grill/broiler mode. Cut the zucchini length-wise and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sea salt, a scrunch of black pepper, and drizzle the olive oil.
- Step 2:
Place under the grill for 10 minutes or until it darkens. Take out of the oven and serve immediately as a side dish.
