Ingredients

- 1 small cabbage (450 g or 1 lb)
- 2 medium zucchini (300 g or 10.6 oz)
- 1 onion
- 1 medium sweet potato (approx. 130 g or 4.6 oz)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 30 g basil
- 30 g coriander
- 15 g parsley
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 l bone broth or water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions

- Step 1:
Place the olive oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Fry for 5 minutes until the onion starts looking translucent.
- Step 2:
Shred the cabbage, slice the zucchini, peel and chop the sweet potato.
- Step 3:
Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add sea salt, pepper, herbs, and cover with water or bone broth.
- Step 4:
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Step 5:
Serving Tips
