Hi Eleana, I have just made the recipe and it turned out okay for me. Changing the sugar shouldn’t make too much of a difference, I did really whisk the eggs at the beginning really well. This helps bring in some air. I attach a photo of my attempt. I used an 8 inch cake ten. It’s yummy!Brownie Cake test photo

I have followed this recipe a few times althought i have used half the amount of sugar. However using these measurements i get a really small amount of cake. I even used 1 cup almond flour extra. My version is nowhere near like the picture you have displayed. Im quite confused.
