<p>So glad he liked it. You can make EBS compliant buttermilk but adding 1 tbsp of lemon juice to 1 cup of nut milk.</p>


<p>I tried this as part of Week 1 Reset &#8211; it was delicious. My hubby who is a trained chef (no longer working as one), said it was so good, asked me to make it again 🙂 This time,  I have soaked the chicken in buttermilk overnight &#8211; it helps soften the meat and a tip I would recommend. One more note, I cooked it a bit longer as leg meat needs that little bit more time for anyone else trying this too.</p>
